Feeding Mount Joy
The Mount Joy Helping Services Food Bank provides food to approximately 76 households per month – that’s 186 people! Residents of Mount Joy (zip code 175520 can register to receive grocery items and toiletries once a month. First-time visitors to the food bank are asked to please bring their driver’s license\ ID card or a recent bill that shows your Mount Joy address. You will receive on your first visit food and toiletries. At that time we will ask you to also fill out the proper household information.
We gratefully accept food and monetary donations through individual and organizational contributions as well as food drives. These donations help feed Mount Joy residents in need, and we appreciate your help serving our community!

We are extremely grateful for all the donations that have come to the Bank!
When bringing your donations, stop and inform the person outside that you have a delivery. They will direct you to bring your donation to the back of the building.
Donations are accepted on Wednesday or Friday from 9 AM – 11 AM.
Gift Cards for local grocery stores and monetary donations are greatly appreciated.
